I am a private chef, culinary instructor, and recipe editor.  I cook meals for families, cater in-home dinner parties and events, as well as teach private in-home cooking classes for home cooks of all kinds, 

After graduating from the French Culinary Institute in 2006, I honed my skills in classic French cuisine, and then moved to Italy to work as a Chef Instructor at Toscana Saporita, a cooking school in Tuscany.  I have also worked as a cook in New York restaurants, including Jonathan Waxman's Barbuto, where I specialized in making fresh pasta.  

As a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I am a certified holistic health coach. I am extremely comfortable working with all dietary preferences and restrictions, and am passionate about helping clients to eat and feel their best. 

My cooking style is rooted in fresh and seasonal ingredients, with an emphasis on elegant simplicity and healthfulness.  I work closely with each family to understand their likes/dislikes and each meal is tailor made for them.
